Just to inform.The alligation againest the company is proved by the insidents that was taken place last few months.Dou you think that the Kerala government interven in this case if there are no issues. if it was fault why the company was closed from 7th January to 19th January.You might have seen the documentary exhibited in Asianet “Velicham” for the rememberence of Mr.Sarath.If the alligations were false let the company file casee againest media.If it is False do you think that the people will elect a member to local body on this issue. Only the “Rastria commerangal” will support the company since they eat the swet of general public

A write-up filed at the honourable supreme court in 2008 was nothing short of a prayer seeking adjudication in their conclusive nature vide recources as any intended curative petition particularly the orders of the honourable s.district court in manhattan following prior to the judgement of the honourable district bhopal court..,,,,,,,,,,,and ofcourse the world community’s reaction to bp and others who have been the harbinger of fair corporate accountability post their satiation of interim demands for measures.The centre’s stand however of seeking the additional sums makes all stake holders see the light at the end of the tunnel.The theory of justice however would have to be met by any courts in the discharge of their duties and obligations in even redefining the theory of justice.may all souls lost and hurt find some solace in the confines of our hearts where all that bleeds is a symbolic red enshrined with the coat of arms in hues of black.

The Indian communist parties stranded in 1940 – admits Parkash Karat
A confession from the CPM general secretary; Prakash Karat thus finds a place in the history along with Mikhail Gurbachev. The Communist intellectual finally realized the time has changed; even the symbols on the red flags – hammer and sickle – are outdated tools.
The communist parties have a long history; history of destruction, devastation, and ravaging. The communists conduct strikes on daily basis to destroy private enterprises and factories which they consider as workers’ victory over the capitalists or feudalists. After closure of factories, workers and their families starve; still dauntless workers do not regret or weep. The ‘communist tutorials’ have already indoctrinated workers’ brains and converted them into silent faithful followers, the comrades. They are disciplined to believe that the difficulties on their paths are just temporary hurdles on their long march into a bright red world. In such a communist world all are equal; well fed, dressed and accommodated; spend their time leisurely singing communist revolutionary songs. ‘Workingmen of all countries unite’ chanted rhythmically is enough to make blood running in their veins elated….gleeful.
Now Mr. Karat realizes there is some thing wrong in the communist party manifesto continued for the last 60 plus years in India. Just like in the Eastern European countries and in the Soviet Union the magic words of socialism and communism faded away like the morning mist when the sun begins to shine. Karl Marx ideology of ‘from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs’ remained only a dream; never came true. The ‘self interest’ was alien in the ideology of Karl Mark.
Karl Marx’s many quotes are weird “Machines were, it may be said, the weapons employed by the capitalists to quell the revolt of specialized labor”. Can we imagine of a world with no machineries!! “Landlords, like all other men, love to reap where they never sowed”. Many years have passed after Karl Marx and his ‘Das Kapital’. At present in Kerala landlords are not existent, totally annihilated; but no labors to replace… to sow or to reap. All lands are barren and while labors are busy; from early morning till late night to make long queue to buy their daily quota of spirit from the Kerala state beverages cooperation.
Many in India always doubt intentions and integrity of the communist parties. No creativity whatsoever in their ideologies, always protests and mass destruction of public properties, rights are always loudly postulated, while duties are mutely declined. Any bandh, strike, hartal or any preplan to stop work would be welcomed by the people of Kerala and West Bengal. It is not a surprise; laziness is a culture embedded in their genes; the people are contented with employment to claim their wages, not ready to work. The mystery of India does not end with snake charmers and black magicians; but also these nitwit dirty politicians are also a subject to wonder.

Affected Tribals or activists alone cannot stop all these unless people of the country join their fight. How many of us shunned the products of Union Carbide to teach them a lesson for the Bhopal Tragedy?

We are a nation of hypocrites. Why blame the predatory corporate and corrupt politicians and bureaucrats when we the people are not willing to sacrifice a little?

I think both these massages are wrong.Tresiama Mathew and Radha was not arrested and they were returned back the police soon after taking them to police station.If that is the case why they have not been remanded.I can confarm that this company is functioning in the vicinity illigally.This company use hydrocholoric acid as raw mweterial and it comes under shedule 2 of factories act 1948.How ever they do not have the registration and I can confarm it with the certificate that issued to me by the Factories inspector irinjalakuda when I was working with Kerala Rural Water supply and Sanitation Agency.If the company or company or company representative could prove why they can’t provide it to the local panchyat. I can also prove that the Europiane parliament is aware of the situation and respond it to me saying that Since the incedent is taking place in Asia the Local Government should take necessary action.Presently I am working as a social worker in Europe and happy to respond to the company or the local representative.In my professional capacity I have worked as labour Law practioner and Labour welfair officer in India.
